Jerry Curtis-Chef
16 years with Ristorante Carmelo as a certified Chef and worked unter the direction of Master Certified Italian Chef Ciro Cuomo who now resides in Italy.

Some of Chef Curtis's specialites to name a few are hot or cold antipasto, homemade pasta, and a variety of veal dishes. Don't forget to ask for the PIATTI DEL GIORNO, which is chef's specialty of the day!
